configuration options
Thanks to its patent-pending design, the Scout can deployed in the ideal configuration for your operation. The Scout features an innovative anti-rotation mounting port and a range of optional accessories, allowing for flexible deployment in multiple configurations: a 1/4 wave vertical, coil-loaded vertical, wire dipole, rigid dipole, delta loop and many more.

NOTE: Some accessories are in development and are not yet available.
1.5 hour real-world test
MODE: WSPR | POWER: 5w | BAND: 20 & 10m | CONFIG: Telescopic Dipole @ 25'
During the 1.5 WSPR test our signal was heard over 2,400 times across North America, Europe, Hawaii, Africa and 13,554 km away in Australia.
Specs
Rugged Construction
CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and all stainless steel hardware to take on any environment, any time.
weather resistant
The Scout features a weather resistant body for use in harsh weather.
* For a completely weather resistant deployment, the user must waterproof the coax connection at the SO-239 connector.
flexible deployment options
Thanks to its patent pending design and optional accessories, the Scout can be configured and deployed based on your operational needs.
built for speed
The integrated radial ports and the patent pending mounting port ensures rapid deployment no matter which configuration is chosen.

multi mount
The multi mount is a versatile mount and camera tripod adapter that enables the Scout and other 3/8-24 antenna systems to be deployed as a delta loop, V-dipole, or vertical. It can attach to the Universal Mast Mount, the [Z] Pod, ground spike, or a standard camera tripod giving you flexible deployment options.
Delta loop wire kit
Pair the delta loop wire kit with the Multi Mount and 2x [Z]-17 telescoping whips to deploy the Scout as a portable delta loop. The delta loop wire kit is built using the ultra-strong and flexible [Z]Kore Kevlar antenna wire and copper whip clips. Included is an HDPE wire winder to keep things neat.
universal mast mount
The Universal Mast Mount enables the Scout and the Multi Mount to be mounted to masts ranging from 1" to 1.75". This enables the Scout to be utilized in all dipole configurations as well as an elevated delta loop configuration.
linked dipole wire kit
This kit contains everything you need to build your own 4-band linked dipole. It consists of 75' of [Z]Kore Kevlar antenna wire, Anderson power poles, wire insulators, a full set of instructions, and two HDPE wire winders to keep things neat.

Scout vertical swr charts
These charts represent the following antenna configuration:
[Z]Pod tripod, Insulating mount, [Z]-17 17' whip, (4) 33’ radials, (4) 16.5' radials, 50 feet RG8X coax.
Note: The resonant point of this antenna is adjustable. These sweeps were ran with the antenna tuned to roughly the middle of each band for illustrative purposes.

swr charts
These charts represent the following antenna configuration:
2x [Z]-17 17' whip, Universal Mast Mount, Carbon Fiber Mast, CM7 Common Mode Choke, 50 feet RG8X coax, 25ft AGL.
Note: The resonant point of this antenna is adjustable. These sweeps were ran with the antenna tuned to roughly the middle of each band for illustrative purposes.

Height above ground level (AGL) will effect the tune of the antenna. We recommend deploying the antenna at 25' AGL. This is a good balance of performance and practical application.
