REZ Antenna Systems One-Year Limited Warranty

REZ Antenna Systems LLC (“REZ”) warrants to the original purchaser that REZ-manufactured products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, when used in accordance with the product’s published specifications and instructions.

What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, REZ will, at its option, repair or replace a product determined by REZ to have a defect in materials or workmanship. Warranty repair or replacement will be provided without charge for parts or labor.

​

Replacement products or components may be new or functionally equivalent service replacements.

​

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or deterioration resulting from:

• Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper installation;

• Operation outside the product’s published electrical, mechanical, environmental, or power ratings;

• Improper maintenance, storage, or deployment;

• Modification, alteration, disassembly, repair, rewiring, or reassembly that causes or contributes to damage or product failure;

• Incorrect connection, installation, replacement, or relocation of internal components, wiring, or hardware;

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration that does not affect product function;

• External causes including lightning, excessive static discharge, severe weather, or other conditions beyond the product’s published specifications; or

• Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or published instructions.

Modification or repair of a product does not, by itself, void this Limited Warranty; however, REZ is not responsible for failures or damage caused or contributed to by such modification or repair.

Consumable and wear components are not covered for ordinary deterioration resulting from normal use. However, defects in materials or workmanship affecting such components at the time of sale remain covered by this Limited Warranty.

Obtaining Warranty Service

 

To request warranty service, contact REZ Antenna Systems through our Support page. Please provide a description of the issue and, when available, the product model, serial number, and proof of purchase.

​

REZ may provide troubleshooting instructions or request additional information before authorizing a return. Please do not send products to REZ without first receiving return instructions.

​

Unless otherwise authorized by REZ, the purchaser is responsible for shipping the product prepaid to the designated REZ service location.

​

For products determined to be covered by this Limited Warranty, REZ will pay standard return shipping to addresses within the United States. Additional or international shipping charges may apply.

​

Products determined not to be covered by this Limited Warranty may be eligible for repair or replacement at the owner’s expense. REZ will provide applicable service options before performing chargeable work.

Limitation of Implied Warranties

 

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Remedies

 

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REZ ANTENNA SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
